Terms of Service

By accessing or using DoseCraft (the “Service”), operated by Jonathan Cimadevilla, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DoseCraft is an informational and educational tool. It is designed to help users track and organize peptide research data, dosing schedules, and related notes.

DoseCraft does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All peptide information presented is for research and educational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own health decisions.
• Any dosing calculations, protocol suggestions, or compound information provided by DoseCraft are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical guidance.
• You should always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions.
• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• DoseCraft is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to health outcomes, dosing errors, or data loss.
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information presented in the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of DoseCraft — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying code — are the exclusive property of DoseCraft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any data mining tools to access, extract, or collect data from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or data structures of the Service.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service, including its compound database, protocol algorithms, evidence classification system, or curated content.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service, or to benchmark the Service against a competing product or service.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service, including rate limiting, authentication, or access controls.
• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account access or any data obtained through the Service.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and liability for damages including attorney fees.

DoseCraft offers the following subscription plans:

• Basic— $9.99/month.
• Pro— $19.99/month.
• Lifetime— one-time payment of $199 (founder pricing, subject to change).

Auto-renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be charged through your original payment method (processed by Stripe).

Free trial: New users may receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged at the applicable rate.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page or by contacting hello@dosecraftapp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

Refund policy: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Apple App Store / Google Play purchases: If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, your subscription is managed by the respective platform. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests must be handled through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

You retain ownership of the data you input into DoseCraft (logs, notes, protocols). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Abuse of the Service or other users.
• Use of the Service for illegal activities.
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months).

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page or by contacting hello@dosecraftapp.com. See our Privacy Policy for full data deletion details.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to update pricing, features, and functionality.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Some links on DoseCraft connect to third-party vendor partners. We may receive compensation for purchases made through these links. This does not influence our educational content or compound recommendations.
