mg ↔ mcg — always 1 mg = 1000 mcg. Most peptides are dosed in mcg at the injection level (250 mcg BPC-157, 200 mcg Ipamorelin) but sold by mg on the vial.
mg ↔ IU — only valid for HGH-class compounds. 1 mg recombinant 191-aa HGH ≈ 3 IU. This does not apply to BPC-157, TB-500, GHRPs, GLP-1 agonists, or any other peptide — those have no IU equivalent.
↔ mL — requires vial concentration (mg/mL). Enter it in the field above. Then mL conversions go both ways against any other unit.
Classic trap: ordering a dose in "units" without specifying syringe type. Always confirm U-100 vs U-50 before drawing.
