How This Works
First-Order Elimination
Concentration follows C(t) = C0 · e-ke·t where ke = ln(2) / t1/2. This models how most peptides are cleared from the bloodstream after subcutaneous injection.
Multi-Dose Superposition
Repeated dosing accumulates residual concentration. Each new dose adds on top of the remaining levels from prior doses, eventually reaching a steady state after approximately 4-5 half-lives.
